She penned, ‘I was blessed to bring two beautiful babies into this world and I am so proud of my body and how hard it worked to get Bobbie and Brooks,’ in the caption of the Instagram post.

RHOSLC star uploaded a carousel of pictures giving a peek of her stomach post-operation. She wrote, ‘ It is hard to believe that this picture is 2 weeks post-operation. I’m blown away by Howland’s work and how fast my body is healing.’

She thanked Dr. Howaland for listening to her concerns and giving her the courage. Rose added, ‘I know not everyone recovers the same but I have been working on my activation, nutrition, hydration, and sleep.’

Furthermore, Rose also made it crystal clear that it wasn’t a paid post at the top of her caption, but, she genuinely loved Howland’s work. The reality TV star seemed confident post the surgery.
