Scott Ryan Whinery (born July 4, 1974 in Kansas City, Missouri) is an American Director, environmentalist, and social justice advocate. He is best known for his work in Manifesto[1] the documentary based television series.
According to the Zero Point Entertainment website [2] he is a graduate of the University of Kansas. Scott is also the founder of the new non-profit civic advocacy group Manifest Nation [3].
